What does a good nutrition and wellness coaching program include?

A good program would include an achievable and individualized plan that meets your personal needs and can be sustained life-long.

It would include a way to monitor your progress, hold you accountable to keep you on the right track to reaching your goals, and provide you with a good support system.

The program would also use techniques that have been proven to be most effective.

Does Pain Fighting Nutrition, LLC Accept insurance?

Although we do not accept insurance at this moment, we are able to issue you a superbill that you can provide to your insurance company to see if they can reimburse you for services you have received.

Does Pain Fighting Nutrition, LLC accept payment plans?

If you wish not to pay in full for our service, we do accept payment plans on an individual basis.

Does Pain Fighting Nutrition, LLC accept payments using Health Savings Account/Flexible Saving Account (HSA/FSA) cards?

Yes we can accept payments using HSA/FSA cards.

How are sessions held?

Sessions are held through a secure video conference or over the phone. 

How long are sessions?

Initial sessions are assessments that are held every 3 months are an hour-long, and follow-up sessions are 30 minutes long.

How often are sessions held?

We offer weekly or bi-weekly sessions, depending on what best fits your needs. 

How long do your programs last?

The duration of the programs we offer depend on what best fits your needs. We offer programs that last 3 months, 6 months or 9 months. 

What should be expected during sessions?

Assessments forms will be provided to you to fill out and turn in 24 hours prior to each session. These assessment forms will be used to determine your needs and provide you with better care. During the sessions, we will discuss your struggles and work together to develop a plan that will take you a step closer to reaching your health-related goals.

Are sessions and forms kept confidential?

Absolutely. Our sessions are held and forms are submitted to us using a HIPAA compliant platform to keep your personal health information safe. No personal health information will be shared without you prior written consent.

What if I need to reschedule a session or cancel participation in the program?

Please notify us no less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to reschedule, and no less than 2 weeks prior to your last planned session to cancel the participation in a program.
